Our team has been exhibiting at FenceTech for over thirty years now, and we always have a great time. We make FenceTech an annual event because it is the only national trade show focused on fencing and gates.
We attended FenceTech 2019 from March 13th-16th in Indianapolis with our expert team and a few of our favorite fencing products. If you didn’t get the chance to stop by our booth, don’t worry! We are recapping our favorite moments of this year’s FenceTech trade show below.
Wednesday
The first day of FenceTech was booth set up and education. The AFA always offers a variety of classes, and this year included topics such as social media marketing, contracts and addendums, training and retention tips, and how to create efficiencies.
Thursday
Thursday brought more classes as well as the opportunity to take several certification exams. Congratulations to all who earned their Certified Fence Contractor (CFC), Certified Fence Professional (CFP), Certified Automated Gate System Designer (CAGSD) or Certified Automated Gate Operator Installer (CAGOI) titles! In the evening, after the learning was done, was the annual AFA meeting and awards dinner. This is always a great opportunity for networking with other industry experts.
Friday
We started the day early on Friday with the AFA Chapter Breakfast where we enjoyed great food while more awards were presented. We then were able to hear from keynote speaker, John Ratzenberger. Does his name sound familiar? That’s because he was on the TV show, Cheers!
After breakfast, the show floor opened. We were so excited to share our expertise with potential clients, business owners, and our peers.
Saturday
We greeted the last day of FenceTech with a huge smile and couldn’t wait to meet even more of you. Before the showroom opened, many had the opportunity to hear from the great motivational speaker, Chad Hymas.
With another year of FenceTech behind us, we are reminded of the amazing opportunities that allow us to stand apart from the rest.
